Sometimes it is also helpful to have yourself in the picture while explaining a slide, for example. We call this cameo.

Livening up your presentation
3.1 Transitions and animations
Your presentation can become very boring if you just go from slide to slide. To avoid this, you can use transitions and animations. Deal with this wisely, however. Choose consciously and make sure it doesn’t get too much.
3.2 Morphing
Morphing is one specific transition. Morphing causes your objects to transition from one slide to another in a fluid motion. You can get very nice effects with this.
For example, this video was made with morphing.
3.3 Zoom
Within PowerPoint, you can apply three types of zooms. Zooms are especially easy if you want to create links between different slides or sections (chapters) in your presentation.
After the zoom, PowerPoint then returns to the slide on which your zoom link was.
We review:
- overview zoom
- section zoom
- diazoom
3.4 Embed forms
PowerPoint also offers the ability to embed Forms in your presentation. You can track these live, so with results updated during your presentation or insert offline.
Collaboration and sharing
4.1 Sharing presentations, collaboration and handouts
You can easily share your presentation with colleagues to collaborate. In addition, you can just share to view. This can be useful with students. In addition, you can also provide them with customized handouts.
Extras
5.1 Automatic playback, PowerPoint Live, Features
There are many more possibilities with PowerPoint. For example, you can set your presentation to play automatically and continuously.
In addition, you can share your presentation in a Teams meeting in such a way that participants can click on the links via PowerPoint Live.
